Lightweight Plastic Construction

This economy-grade anti-bird netting is designed to provide effective crop protection without the additional weight of heavier-duty netting. The lightweight plastic construction makes it easy to lift, unfold, cut and position over plants, crops, fruit cages and ponds.

The stretched plastic mesh provides useful tensile strength while remaining flexible and straightforward to install.

UV-Stabilised & Rot-Free

Manufactured from UV-stabilised polypropylene plastic, the netting is designed for outdoor use and helps resist deterioration caused by sunlight and normal weather exposure.

The rot-free construction also makes it suitable for use around gardens, crops and ponds where the netting may be exposed to moisture and changing weather conditions.

Choice of 12mm or 15mm Mesh

The two mesh options allow you to choose the most appropriate netting for your application.

12mm x 12mm black mesh provides a finer opening and is particularly useful where a smaller mesh aperture is preferred for general bird and crop protection.

15mm x 15mm green mesh provides a slightly larger aperture and offers a discreet finish that blends naturally into gardens, planting areas and landscaped environments.

Both options provide a lightweight physical barrier while allowing light, air and rain to reach plants.

Please Note

Due to the mesh sizes, some small butterflies may still be able to pass through the netting. If complete butterfly exclusion is required, a dedicated anti-butterfly netting with a smaller 8mm mesh aperture is recommended.

Fruit Cage & Pond Protection

The netting can be installed over fruit cage frames to help protect fruit, vegetables and crops from birds. It can also be used over ponds to help reduce access by birds and animals and minimise leaves and other debris entering the water.

For pond applications, ensure the netting is securely supported and installed appropriately around the pond perimeter.
