UC4 Cundy Peeled Round Fence Posts

UC4 Cundy Peeled Round Fence Posts are robust, pressure-treated timber posts designed for fencing, landscaping and other outdoor applications where the timber will be in direct contact with the ground. Manufactured from slow-grown European redwood, the posts are kiln dried before being pressure treated to Use Class 4 (UC4), helping protect the timber against fungal decay, rot and insect attack in demanding external environments.

Unlike machine-rounded posts, Cundy peeled fence posts retain more of the timber's natural shape. The bark is removed rather than the timber being machined to a completely uniform diameter, creating a strong, practical post with an attractive rustic appearance. The peeling process also aids preservative penetration, while retaining the intrinsic form of the timber. Each post features a pointed end to make installation into the ground easier.

Available in a wide selection of lengths from 1.65m to 3.0m and nominal diameter ranges from 75–100mm up to 150–175mm, Cundy peeled posts can be selected to suit a variety of fencing and landscaping requirements. Their natural appearance makes them particularly well suited to rural, agricultural and landscape settings where a less uniform alternative to machine-rounded timber posts is preferred.
