To install, remove existing vegetation and lightly loosen soil. Lay rolls immediately upon delivery, butt edges together, and press gently to ensure root contact. Water lightly during dry conditions until the turf is established. Avoid excessive foot traffic during the first few weeks.

On-Site Storage & Handling

Unstack pallets immediately on arrival to allow airflow

Cancellation Policy – Turf & Wildflower Matting Products

All turf and wildflower matting products are cut fresh to order and are considered perishable.

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible after placing an order

Orders can only be cancelled if the turf has not yet been cut or prepared for dispatch

Once cutting has begun or goods are in transit, cancellation or refusal of delivery will result in the full order value being charged

Turf must be laid within 24–48 hours of delivery to maintain quality and viability
