Turf Sizes & Installation

Typical turf size: 1m x 1.2 m (1.2 m²) or 1.62 m x 0.77 m (1.25 m²) depending on growing site

Available Sizes - Our Wildflower Turf Matting is available in three easy-to-order pack sizes: 10m², 20m² and 50m². Simply select the coverage area required for your project and we'll supply the appropriate quantity of matting.

Prepare the soil by removing weeds and lightly loosening the surface. Lay turf immediately after delivery, butt edges together without gaps or overlaps, and press lightly to ensure root contact. Water lightly during dry periods to aid establishment. Avoid heavy foot traffic during the first few weeks.

Maintenance & Watering

Regular mowing every 2–3 weeks keeps clover flowers short and vigorous

One to two cuts per year for overall lawn health if required

Remove arisings to maintain soil balance and appearance

On-Site Storage & Handling

Unstack pallets immediately on delivery to allow airflow

Store in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight

Do not water while rolled

Lay turf on the day of delivery wherever possible

In cooler conditions, turf may be stored for up to 48 hours

Unroll in strips if installation is delayed to allow breathing

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in deterioration or poor establishment and is not covered by guarantee.

Cancellation Policy – Turf & Wildflower Matting Products

All turf and wildflower matting products are cut fresh to order and are considered perishable.

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible after placing an order

Orders can only be cancelled if the turf has not yet been cut or prepared for dispatch

Once cutting has begun or goods are in transit, cancellation or refusal of delivery will result in the full order value being charged

Turf must be laid within 24–48 hours of delivery to maintain quality and viability
