Prepare the soil by removing weeds and lightly loosening the surface. Lay turf immediately after delivery, butt edges together without gaps or overlaps, and press lightly to ensure root contact. On-Site Storage & Handling

Unstack pallets immediately on delivery to allow airflow

Unroll in strips if installation is delayed to allow breathing

Cancellation Policy – Turf & Wildflower Matting Products

All turf and wildflower matting products are cut fresh to order and are considered perishable.

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible after placing an order

Orders can only be cancelled if the turf has not yet been cut or prepared for dispatch

Once cutting has begun or goods are in transit, cancellation or refusal of delivery will result in the full order value being charged

Turf must be laid within 24–48 hours of delivery to maintain quality and viability
