AB9/AHL2/CAHL2 Wild bird seed - 1 year 20kg

The AB9 / AHL2 / CAHL2 One Year Wild Bird Mix – Plus Sunflowers is a spring-sown annual wild bird seed mixture designed to grow and flower through spring and summer, providing food resources for smaller farmland birds while also supporting pollinators and an integrated pest management approach. The mixture combines Spring Triticale with Sunflower, Linseed, Red Millet, Fodder Radish and Mustard to create a diverse annual crop providing seed and flowering resources across the growing season.

This one-year wild bird mix contains six crop species, including cereal, brassica and other seed-bearing species. Sunflower provides a distinctive flowering element alongside the cereal and other crops, while Linseed, Red Millet, Fodder Radish and Mustard add further species diversity. The mix reaches approximately 50–200cm in height and has a stated flowering period from June to September.

Sow by drilling in blocks or strips at 20kg per acre in late spring to early summer. A 20kg pack covers approximately 1 acre at the recommended sowing rate. The mixture is intended as a one-year wild bird mix, providing seasonal habitat and food resources as part of an appropriate environmental management system.
