The 75mm Bolt Down Fence Post Shoe is a quick, practical solution for securely installing timber fence posts and garden posts onto existing concrete bases or walls. Designed for a flush-fit installation, it eliminates the need for digging or concreting posts into the ground, helping to save installation time, labour and cost. It is particularly useful where posts need to be positioned directly against a wall or on a solid surface, including patio fencing, decking, pergolas and car ports.

The bolt-secure design features 2 x 8mm carriage bolts that clamp the timber post firmly within the post holder, helping to minimise post movement while accommodating some over- or undersized post tolerance. The bolted fixing also means the post can be removed at a later stage if required, offering greater flexibility than permanently concreted-in posts. By raising the timber post above ground level, the shoe helps reduce direct contact between the timber and ground, helping to protect against post rot and decay.

Finished with an oxide red powder coating, the fence post shoe is designed to blend discreetly with fencing while providing a medium level of rust protection.
