CellPave GT40 is a high-performance interlocking cellular paving grid system engineered for demanding ground reinforcement applications where strength, permeability and sustainability are critical. Manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled, UV-stabilised polypropylene/PE, this robust 40mm gravel reinforcement grid delivers exceptional load-bearing performance while maintaining a fully permeable surface compliant with SuDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) regulations.

Independently tested and certified by Lloyd’s British, CellPave GT40 achieves a compressive strength of over 810 tonnes/m² when filled with angular gravel, making it one of the strongest 40mm cellular paving systems on the market — up to six times stronger than comparable alternatives. Even unfilled, the grid delivers outstanding structural integrity, ensuring long-term performance under repeated vehicle loading.

Designed for fast, efficient installation, the integrated U-groove male/female “walk-in” locking system allows installation rates of up to 100m² per hour, making it ideal for large-scale projects such as overflow car parks, access tracks, estate roads and commercial landscaping schemes. Once installed and infilled with angular gravel (5–20mm), CellPave GT40 creates a stable, free-draining surface that prevents rutting, migration and surface breakdown.

Its anti-slip nodules on the cell walls improve vehicle traction and pedestrian safety, while the built-in anti-migration lattice reduces downward soil movement and aggregate loss — even under vibration, turning vehicles or sloped conditions. The result is a durable, low-maintenance surface that blends seamlessly into rural, heritage and landscaped environments.

Delivery Information

CellPave GT40 is delivered on a pallet to kerbside only.

Please ensure clear access for a large delivery vehicle and that there is a flat, level, hard surface available for offloading.

Offloading must not be onto grass, gravel or loose stone surfaces.

A forklift or suitable mechanical handling equipment may be required on site to offload the pallet.
