Important Pallet Delivery Notice

This product is supplied as a fresh-cut living turf product and is delivered on a pallet via a kerbside pallet delivery service.

Please ensure:

• Adequate access is available for a pallet delivery vehicle.

• Someone is present to receive and inspect the delivery.

• The delivery point is hard, level ground suitable for a pallet truck.

• Pallet trucks cannot travel over gravel, grass, soft ground, steps or steep inclines.

• Delivery is made to the nearest safe and accessible point at the driver's discretion.

Handling & Storage Instructions

As this is a living, perishable product, correct handling is essential.

• Unroll turf immediately upon delivery where possible.

• Install immediately during spring and summer periods.

• Install within 24 hours during autumn and winter.

• Do not leave turf stacked on pallets for extended periods.

• Store temporarily in a cool, shaded location if necessary.

• Avoid overheating or allowing the turf to dry out before installation.

• Delays in installation may negatively affect turf quality, establishment and performance.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

Rolawn BioScapes Biodiverse Turf is a fresh-cut, living product that is prepared to order.

Because of its perishable nature:

• Cancellation requests must be made immediately after ordering.

• Once an order has been confirmed for harvesting, it cannot be cancelled.

• Orders that have been cut, dispatched or are already in transit cannot be cancelled.

• Refused deliveries will be charged in full.

• Returns are not accepted on turf products.

• Delivery dates should only be selected once the installation area is fully prepared.

These conditions are necessary due to the perishable nature of turf products and the exclusions that apply to goods liable to deteriorate rapidly.
