Delivery Information

• Delivered on a pallet using a tail-lift vehicle.

• Delivery is kerbside only.

• A flat, hard-standing surface is required for safe unloading.

• Deliveries cannot be made onto grass, gravel, bark, soil, uneven ground, steep inclines or soft surfaces.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access is available for the delivery vehicle and pallet truck.

• Failed deliveries due to unsuitable access may be subject to additional charges.
