With their naturally angular shape, Polar White Chippings can key together once laid, helping to provide a stable and practical surface. They are easy to apply, low maintenance and can help reduce moisture loss, suppress weed and moss growth and reflect heat from the sun, helping to keep surrounding soil cooler. The 8–11mm grade is well suited to finer decorative detailing, while the 20mm grade provides a bolder finish and is ideal for larger landscaping areas, driveways and access routes. They can also be used as an infill for permeable plastic paving grids, including Suregreen PP30 white permeable grids, for a striking and functional finish.

They can also be used around ponds and water features, and are suitable for aquariums when correctly prepared. For use around ponds, water features or aquariums, wash the chippings thoroughly before use.
