IsoTrack X – Extreme Heavy Duty Ground Protection Mat is the ultimate solution for safe, temporary access across soft, waterlogged or sensitive ground surfaces. Manufactured from high-performance, compression-moulded thermoplastic, each mat is engineered for exceptional load-bearing capacity, durability, and long-term reuse.

Ideal for construction, oil & gas, utilities, petrochemical, wind farms, quarries, timber operations, and civil engineering projects, IsoTrack X mats allow vehicles, machinery, and equipment to safely traverse otherwise inaccessible areas. The mats are stocked for immediate dispatch or collection, with nationwide delivery via pallet carriers or your own transport.

With a patented Four3 connector pin system and interlocking overlap lips, mats create stable, continuous roadways or working platforms, preventing drift, slippage, and ground damage. The foam-filled cellular core ensures buoyancy in waterlogged areas, prevents water ingress if punctured, and avoids cross-contamination. Both sides feature traction surfaces designed for safe vehicle and pedestrian movement.

Independent testing shows outstanding compressive strength, exceeding 415 tonnes/m² and reaching a maximum of 730 tonnes/m², making IsoTrack X suitable for heavy-duty applications where safety and efficiency are critical.
