CellPave™ GP is a high-performance no-dig ground protection and stabilisation system designed for fast, durable installation across grassed or soft ground areas. Manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled plastic, it provides an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to traditional ground reinforcement systems, delivering outstanding load-bearing strength and surface stability.

This interlocking cellular matting system can be laid directly on top of grass or soil, creating an instant, stable surface suitable for vehicles, pedestrians, and plant access. The unique spring-like grid structure gives flexibility both vertically and horizontally, allowing the tiles to mould perfectly to undulating surfaces without cracking or separating. Once connected, CellPave™ GP can be driven on immediately or backfilled with sand, soil, or gravel for a finished look that blends naturally into the environment.

Designed to be both permanent or temporary, CellPave™ GP is ideal for events, access roads, heritage sites, overflow parking, and construction sites where ground damage or rutting is a concern. With an 85% void structure, it ensures excellent water permeability and complies fully with SuDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) regulations. After a few months of grass growth, it becomes almost invisible—leaving the area green and protected year-round.

Easily cut with a saw to fit around obstacles or edges. Can be installed permanently or used temporarily and removed for seasonal use.

Installation Overview:

Prepare a reasonably level surface. Fill potholes with topsoil or sand and compact.

Lay mats over the grass or soil surface in the desired pattern.

Cut to fit around posts, obstacles, or edges.

Secure edges using pins through corner holes to prevent movement.

Backfill or seed as desired. Water regularly to encourage grass regrowth.

After 2–3 months, CellPave™ GP becomes almost invisible within the landscape.
