GeoTrax GeoCell

Geotrax™ GeoCell is an advanced cellular confinement system engineered to support heavy loads and protect sensitive landscapes. Constructed from durable 1.6mm perforated and textured HDPE, Geotrax™ GeoCell is available in depths of 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm, offering flexibility for various applications.

This system is ideal for erosion control, tree root protection, retaining structures, and both temporary and permanent tracks where no-dig solutions are needed. By confining fill materials like sand, soil, or gravel, Geotrax™ GeoCell significantly reduces the pressure on subbases by distributing loads laterally, creating stable surfaces for vehicular and foot traffic. It can also help reduce the overall construction depth, saving costs on infill materials.

The Geotrax™ GeoCell system is delivered flat-packed, expanding into a honeycomb structure on-site, and secured with steel pins and plastic caps before filling. For sloped applications, our CellGrip fixings offer enhanced stability, improving pull-out resistance up to 9 times compared to rebar pins. Each panel also includes 29 plastic connectors for easy, secure assembly.
