Covamat Light™ Erosion Control Blanket is a large erosion control blanket Ideal for use where large areas are to be covered with limited causes of erosion.
Large coir roll for sizeable areas where a miniscule amount of erosion takes place but the land needs protecting. Covamat™ Light is a pre-seeded erosion control blanket to stabilise river banks, slopes and pond edges. It is available in straw and/or coir with a range of seed mix options available.

Low performing • non forage • specially for flood endangered areas and steep slopes, dikes and coastal stripes • excellent sodforming
and erosion protective • strong root development • also salt resistant

Standard fresh and moist ground • low maintenance • strong root development • erosion protective • also salt resistant
Seedmix 2B:
For dry and stony underground • strong root development • erosion protection • also de-icing salt-resistant
Seedmix 1C:
As per seed mix 1A • with additional clover for poor soil conditions • most widely used mix
Seedmix 2C:
As per seed mix 2A • with additional clover for poor soil conditions
Seedmix 1P:
For especially poor soil conditions • soils with vegetation establishment problems • erosion protection • strong root development and ground cover • de-icing salt resistant
