Green-tech unveil their 25th Anniversary edition Product Catalogue
Green-tech has announced that their new 2019 Green-tech catalogue is now printed and available for all their customers, architects and garden designers across the UK.
The new 2019 product catalogue celebrates 25 years of trading for Green-tech and is crammed with over 6500 products for rural and urban tree planting, tree irrigation and ground, wind, weed and erosion control; as well as grounds maintenance, soils and growing media and wildflower and conservation products.
The catalogue features the new TreeBio range of biodegradable planting sundries, a new range of liquid fertilisers and an extended range of ecology products.
Green-tech’s Managing Director Rachel Kay said, “In 2019 we will be celebrating a quarter of a century supplying the industry. An exceptional achievement for us and this catalogue is an accumulation of 25 years’ experience of testing, evaluating and selling thousands of forestry and landscaping products. If a product has made it through our robust processes and stood up to our customers expectations to make it into this catalogue you can rest assured it’s the best you can use.’
Chairman Richard Kay adds, “We’ve seen many changes in this time; our business has grown at an exceptional rate and we would like to thank all of our loyal customers who have helped us along the way. We’ve spent the last 25 years perfecting our offering; from product and service through to delivery and we couldn’t have done this without their feedback and support. We’ll continue with new product development, looking for good-fit acquisitions and making sure there’s no better choice when it comes to choosing a landscape supplier. Here’s to the next 25 years!”
Green-tech has had an exceptional year. They enjoyed 12 consecutive record-breaking months and their highest annual turnover, at £14.5 million in their trading history. Their employee head count is at an all-time high and the sales team is their largest team with more plans for further growth scheduled. They took on a number of Apprentices earlier this year which has proved so successful that they have plans to recruit more apprentices. The company is celebrating its three-year premise anniversary later this month at their purpose-built Business Park in North Yorkshire. Since moving to the Park Green-tech has undergone extensive planned growth with aims to reach turnover of £20 million within the next few years. Planning permission has been granted for a further 3 warehouses and additional car parking that the company will need to meet demand and accommodate its growing workforce.
Each year Green-tech donates to charity for each catalogue distributed. This years’ beneficiary is FND Action which supports those diagnosed with a Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), including Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder (NEAD). The charity was founded by a group of people who had been diagnosed themselves, and who wanted to come together to provide help and support to others.
